We often talk about liminal spaces and thresholds as potential sites of embodiment. I’m curious to learn about the places that move you towards the experience of being in your body. Is there a particular landscape or environment that helps you to feel more grounded or rooted? Does the image pictured draw out something specific within you? Sincerely looking forward to hear your thoughts. —Christian

One thing recently I've been discovering that helps me feel rooted and grounded is play and discovery! I've been building with Legos and Lincoln logs, looking at books with pictures, doing things that tap into positive childhood memories and get me in that flow state. It brings out the laughter and curiosity!
The places that help me feel most embodied are lush woodland areas, costal regions, and the desert. I feel a deep sense of home and connection to ancestors.
